No lawyer was present from Shazia's side in Court, Bad situation of Christians in Pakistan - 'Life for All' reported
Lahore, Pakistan: February 04, 2010, (PCTV Newsdesk)Today Mohammad Naeem was presented at the Court, the police again has taken the remand for 4 days. Unfortunately NO lawyer was present from Shazia`s side. This is the 3rd time that NO Lawyer was present from Shazia`s side, if a lawyer is not present from Shazia`s side on the next hearing the accused Mohammad Naeem will get the bail and will be released.
"Life for All" and many others protested out side the court today when the accused M. Naeem was brought to the court. The Lawyers gathered around the police vehicle and tried to stop the media from coverage. The Lawyers also started shouting against the Christian Protesters. The Christian Protesters along with Mr. Rizwan Paul, Kashif Mazhar and Aamir Anwer kept on protesting, the lawyers tried to disperse the protesters, but they stayed firm. The Lawyers started abusing the Christians and tried to create a law and order situation, fortunately the police ensured that law and order is maintained. The protesters protested peacefully and dispersed soon after M. Naeem was taken out of the Court. The officials of CLAAS or any other organizations were not present at the event.
