Staff Committee of Caritas Pakistan Lahore organized retreat for the staff on the topic of “Justice and Faith” in the Trindade Hall on Feb 25, 2010.Most Rev Bishop Sebastian Francis Shaw (Auxiliary Bishop of Lahore) elaborated the importance of human being. He asked a question to all participants to ask themselves “Who am I?” And today where I stand? He beautifully highlighted the qualities of human being.
He also explained the importance of human birth and said all humans are gift of God. We all are born great but our attitude, greed, anger and bad habits make us tiny or common. Holy mass was also observed after the retreat.
At the end Rev Fr Inayat Bernard (Diocesan Executive Security of Caritas Pakistan Lahore) thanked Bishop Sebastian for his valuable talk, he added that we must be loyal in our work and attitude. He also appreciated CPL staff committee for organizing this retreat for staff.
