Special prayer for victims of Bomb Blast in FIA building in Lahore 2008

Caritas Pakistan Lahore had special prayer in memory of the incident of bomb blast at FIA building at 50ft opposite to the Caraitas Paksitsn Lahore building on March 11, 2008. Fr. Inayat Bernard prayed for those who lost their lives especially Mr. Tariq Parvize, Mrs Younis and baby Meerab Samual and their families and for all staff members who remained safe in the incident. He also prayed that God may keep our country, community and all people under His kind protection. After the blast on March 11, 2008 all communicational, structural, electrical, and secretariat system was badly damaged in Caritas Pakistan Lahore and in its surrounding. The staff was injured severally and even some members lost their lives. The office remained completely closed for two weeks as there were broken glasses, dust, cement, wreckage of broken wooden doors, broken equipment, furniture and debris everywhere. There was not a single room where office staff could sit and work. This pray was a gesture of thanks giving to the Lord Almighty.
