Pakistani Minorities Fight for Equal Rights in Pakistan: In 2008 Government of Pakistan declared that every year “11thof August” will be celebrated as “Minorities Day” at an official level. But both Pakistan-based and worldwide/overseas Pakistani Christian community rejected “Minorities Day” and called it “Black Day”. Last year “Black Day 1” was observed in United Kingdom, USA, Europe, Australia and Pakistan.
This year Pakistani Christians will observe “Black Day 2” on August 11, 2010. Join us in this fight for equal rights for Pakistani minorities and to pay tribute to the innocent martyrs of Pakistan in the name of religion. We demand Pakistani government to abolish blasphemy laws.
We will keep fighting until Pakistani government acknowledges the sacrifices and services of the Minorities in Nation Building.
