Perhaps you’ve also been looking forward to delicious pancakes for breakfast or dinner, and instead you’ve been looking for instructions on how to make an imperial cheesecake.
Unfortunately, there is no recipe for non-stick pancakes, but there are several tips to prevent them from flaking. All recipes can damage the pies when flipped over.
No sugar in the dough
Dough that is high in sugar is more likely to stick, as it caramelizes when it comes in contact with heat and the caramel stick. Avoid such recipes, because the pie does not need sugar. When you’re ready, you can sweeten it yourself to your taste.
The basis is a good pan and a little fat
Choose the lowest and heaviest non-stick frying pan. In a frying pan with a low edge, the pancakes will turn out better for you, and in the case of light pancakes, there is a risk that they will heat unevenly and fry the mixture also unevenly.
Rinse and dry the pan, and brush the bottom and sides of the pan with oil or clarified butter. It can handle high temperatures without burning and will give fritters a great taste. Add 1-2 teaspoons of the new fat under each other pancake.
Follow the recipe
Set the stove on medium heat, wait until the pan with oil heats up enough and pour the mixture into it. A hot pan pulls the dough out quickly and prevents it from sticking to it.
It is better to strictly adhere to the recipe. There are many dangers waiting for you. If you add a little flour, the mixture will be fluffy, it will stick to the bottom of the pan and it will be almost impossible to turn such a pancake. If you add more eggs, the pancakes will be difficult to roll and impossible to wrap. And we’ve already talked about sugar.

Perhaps the trick is cinnamonMy grandmother added here and there and my first pancake never broke.
Flip it over only when its entire shiny surface becomes dull and bubbles start to form on it. It is a sign that the dough is no longer raw.
Use a non-metallic spatula to turn around so you don’t scratch the bottom of the pan. Next time, the pancakes might stick to those scratches. Also, never fry it in a new pan, let it run a bit first.
Brush the bottom of the pan with raw potatoes
If none of these tips help and you still have to eat bacon for breakfast, rub the bottom of the pan first with raw potatoes. That’s what our grandmothers used to do, and they were cookbooks.
You can pre-fry and freeze the pancakes Next time, you will have breakfast without work. After frying, let it cool, separate it with baking paper, put it in a bag and put it in the freezer. You can melt it either in the microwave or in a non-stick pan without fat.
