Three courses were held for coaches, referees, and categorizers before the start of the event, after Dubai became an important regional center for the sport of people of determination, as the Fazza Championships became an important number on the global map for players, especially the elite, to compete for presence in this important global event, as the current edition is among the most important Qualifying stages for the “Paris Paralympic Games 2024”, so that the Dubai Championship will witness the application of new amendments to the game and competition.

For his part, the coach of the Saudi national team, Ali Al-Yami, confirmed the readiness of the “green people of determination” to take on the challenge of the championship, explaining that the players seek to paint a good picture of the strengths of Saudi Arabia.

He said, “The goal of participating in the tournament is the players’ pursuit of achieving new numbers that qualify them to be present in the new version of the Paralympic Games (Paris 2024).”
