In mid-December, the Czech Social Security Administration launched another online portal service CSSA, which is intended for employers. The new service will allow employers to access data about their employees.
These are mainly data on the insurance relationships open to their employees, and it is also possible to search for employees from all, payroll accounting or data for one specific employee.

If the service output contains more than 500 records, a CSV file download is offered after the email address is entered, to which an email notification of the appropriate link is sent by the CSSA system later.

In order to download the file, it is necessary to log into the portal with the same identification method that was used when submitting the CSV output processing request. Access to the new online service is also granted to authorized entities that have been given authorization for online services intended for employers. The scope of the authorization is automatically extended by this new service, so there is no need to request an extension.
