Argentinian Ramon Diaz, coach of the Saudi Al Hilal team, managed to achieve a historic result with Al-Azraq during his first match, after returning to take over the technical responsibility of Al Hilal.

Al-Hilal defeated Al-Shabab 5-0 in the match that was held between them yesterday evening, Thursday, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium in Riyadh, in the 21st round of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professionals Cup.

And Al Hilal’s five came in the youth goal through Nigerian Odion Ighalo “two goals”, Malian Moussa Mariga “two goals”, and Peruvian Andre Martin.

This is the second term for Diaz with Al Hilal, after the leader’s administration terminated the contract of the Portuguese Leonardo Jardim by mutual consent.

Diaz trained Al Hilal in his first period from October 2016 to February 2018, during which he won the league and cup championship in the 2016/2017 season and reached the 2017 AFC Champions League final before losing to Japan’s Urawa.

The “Sports Manifesto” reviews some of the numbers that Diaz managed to achieve after the youth quintet:

– Diaz achieved with Al-Hilal the fourth largest result in his career with Al-Azraq, as Diaz had previously led Al-Hilal in his first period to win over Al-Wehda 6-0, and Al-Nassr and Al-Batin 5-1.

Diaz succeeded in dedicating the youth node, as he met with him in 5 matches during the training of Al Hilal, he did not lose any of them, as he won 4 of them and drew in one match.

The youth quintet wrote the 43rd victory for Diaz with Al Hilal.
