Bin Saeed stressed that the fencing of vacant lands located on the axes specified by the regional secretariats aims to enhance the compliance of land owners by applying the regulations, indicating that the “Baladi” platform provides many services, including the service of issuing a fencing license for vacant land.

With regard to unknown lands, the guide indicated that the secretariats and municipalities will place an advertisement on the site of the land for a period of 6 months and coordinate with the Ministry of Justice to obtain the data of its owner. Owner all costs of fencing.
