France will host Kazakhstan on Saturday at Stade de France in Saint-Denis, as part of the ninth round of Group D of the European qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.
The “Rooster” is at the top of Group D with 12 points, 3 points ahead of Ukraine, while Kazakhstan is in the last place with 3 points.
France will officially qualify for the 2022 World Cup, if they beat Kazakhstan in tonight’s match.
France will face Finland in the final of the qualifiers, next Monday, while tonight’s match is the last for Kazakhstan.
France will miss the two Manchester United players, Raphael Varane and Paul Pogba, with injury, while the list witnessed the return of Chelsea star, N’Golo Kante, who missed the participation with the “roosters” in the European Championship last month with an injury.
The French national team is also absent from Manchester United striker Anthony Martial, and Atletico Madrid winger Thomas Lemar, by a technical decision from coach Didier Deschamps.
