The artist, Farida Seif Al-Nasr, revealed in one of her television interviews her experience with losing her hair completely after a fan talked about it while she was on the stage.

She said that she went to many dermatologists and beauticians and took many medications, and they did not bring results with her until she lost hope and resorted to using a wig, until she decided to search for natural recipes and alternative medicine, and came up with a recipe that brought her shiny hair back in full freshness again.

At first, Farida explained that the hair has roots inside the head, and accordingly, all foods that have roots are useful to eat for hair in general, especially for those who suffer from baldness. She mentioned foods such as beets, potatoes, carrots, and radishes.

Farida Seif Al-Nasr’s recipe for hair growth after complete baldness: Farida began explaining the natural recipe that restored her hair:

Oiling the scalp with “the spirit of ammonia”, ammonia gas, or ammonia, can be brought from the perfumer, and indicated that it performs a process of awakening the scalp.

Bring a small cup of coffee from each of:

Olive oil, castor oil, sesame oil, white honey – molasses – pomegranate molasses – white vinegar – apple vinegar – balsamic vinegar – finely grated onion – finely chopped garlic – ground mustard, mix the ingredients well and put them long enough on the scalp.

Farida advised to wash the hair with baby shampoo or to resort to natural recipes as well, instead of other shampoos that are heavy on the hair and may lead to its fall.
