The former head of the Russian Space Agency, Ross Cosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, announced that hundreds of Western satellites are providing Kyiv forces with information about gatherings and movements of the Russian army in Ukraine.
“Military satellites not only work for them, but Western civilian satellites also work, all of them work for the Kyiv regime,” Rogozin said in press statements.
Rogozin added that he is not talking exclusively about American or military satellites.
The former head of the Russian Space Agency stated that the Russian side is fully aware of the locations of the western satellites that transmit this data, adding, “They practice electronic visual reconnaissance, and this is a dangerous matter.”
Last July, Rogozin proposed nationalizing companies producing microelectronics for satellites in Russia, and transferring their ownership to Ross Cosmos and the Russian Atomic Energy Agency, Ross Atom.
