It has not happened in 11 years.. The Tao double makes Al-Ahly history in Africa

The South African professional in the ranks of Al-Ahly, Percy Tau, wrote his name in the records of his club in the African Champions League.

Tau scored two goals in Al-Ahly’s 3-0 victory during the match that brought him together with his Tunisian counterpart, Esperance, when he was a guest in the first leg of the semi-finals of the current version of the African Champions League.

It is the double that a player in Al-Ahly ranks did not score in an away match for the Red Castle since the brace scored by the player Mohamed “Gedo” club against the Nigerian San Chan Stars.
