Kuwait Airways: Offers discounts on travel tickets for overseas scholarships

Mubasher: In the coming days, Kuwait Airways will offer discounts on tickets and some incentives and training opportunities for Kuwaiti students abroad, said Mann Rasouki, CEO of Kuwait Airways.

In a statement, the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), in collaboration with the National Union of Kuwaiti Students in the United Kingdom, on the sidelines of the Kuwait Airways Forum, said the company aims to hire about 200 staff, starting with Kuwait Airways and the new (Manchester) destination, after the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

Razaki added that the company plans to hire 1,000 employees this year, most of whom will be airline staff, equivalent to about 600 employees.

He also confirmed that two training programs will be offered to serve students who are expected to graduate within two years, if training is provided during the summer vacation or winter vacation.

Razzooqi added that it offers training opportunities with partners such as (Airbus), (Boeing), (GE) and (CFM), as well as Kuwait Airways and the company’s outposts.

He pointed out that one of the goals of the company is to provide all support to serve students and their families in order to expand Kuwait Airways’ goals.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Mishal, Cultural Coordinator in the United Kingdom, said in a statement that the opening of the Kuwait Airways and Manchester destination was a successful decision and showed a careful study of student needs for scholarships (KUNA). Al-Mishal added that direct flights between Kuwait and Manchester reflect the correct reading, as this destination will serve citizens going to the United Kingdom. .
