Kuwaiti fashionista Noha Nabil launched a fierce attack on officials in her country after her house was flooded with rain water for the fourth time, and published a video clip in which she pleaded with officials after the disaster that befell her.
She expressed her dissatisfaction with the failure to respond to her request by the officials, and sent a strong message to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Works: “There is no cleaning, maintenance or follow-up on their part, and thus the house is flooded in the event of rain.”
And the Kuwaiti fashionista documented, in a video clip, on her Twitter account, that her house had sunk due to rain.
Noha Nabil commented on the video: “For the fourth year in a row, this happens in our newly built house in the Bayan area in Kuwait… the material losses are compensated, but if they were homeless? If it was in an elderly person or a seat? If there was a short circuit? If There has been human damage and loss of life, who will compensate us, Ministry of Works?”
