The Argentine magician, Lionel Messi, who recently joined Paris Saint-Germain, posted a video clip through his account on “Instagram” today, Sunday, in which he thanked the fans of the Parisian team for their majestic welcome to him.

The video shows the great ovation received by Messi in the “Parc de Princes”, the stronghold of Paris Saint-Germain, and the Argentine star attached the video with a word of thanks.

The video received more than 20 million views, less than 6 hours after it was posted on Messi’s Instagram account, which is followed by more than a quarter of a billion people around the world.

Paris Saint-Germain presented its five new stars to the fans in its “Parc de Princes” stadium, before facing the guest Strasbourg in the second round of the French Football League on Saturday.

Argentine Lionel Messi entered the field alongside Spaniard Sergio Ramos, Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, Moroccan Achraf Hakimi and Dutchman Jorginho Wijnaldum, and the Argentine magician spoke to the enthusiastic fans who filled the stands and welcomed him with a great standing ovation.
