7th placeHizbullah Secretary General: Hassan Nasrallah (10,857 votes), 0.2% of the vote.
8th placeEgyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi (10,573) votes, 0.2% of the vote.
9th placeSyrian President Bashar al-Assad (6,042) votes, with 0.1% of the vote.
10th place: Chairman of the Sovereign Council in Sudan Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan (4,969) votes, with 0.1% of the vote.
