The Kingdom of Morocco and the United Kingdom reaffirmed their common desire to further strengthen their strategic partnership.
This came in a joint declaration issued at the end of the fourth session of the Strategic Dialogue (Morocco-United Kingdom) held in Rabat on Tuesday, which was chaired by Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita and the British. Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and Secretary of the United Nations, Tariq Ahmed, Lord Wimbledon. It is a dialogue based on four axes: (Political and diplomatic side – Security cooperation – Economic cooperation – Cultural cooperation) .
Both sides appreciated the excellent relations between Morocco and the United Kingdom and reaffirmed their common desire to further strengthen their strategic partnership.
The joint declaration highlighted that the session enabled the two countries to register their satisfaction on the progress made on the various foundations of the strategic dialogue and they agreed on roadmaps related to these foundations.
The two ministers affirmed their intention to deepen dialogue and cooperation between them on bilateral, regional and international issues and key strategic challenges.
