The highlight of the Summer Game Fest conference was a new (old new) demo of the upcoming action RPG Elden Ring. The old-new ferry is appropriate here, as it’s most likely a runaway trailer, and we’ve seen its footage this year already. In some places, the trailer is making the world even hotter than we’re used to at FromSoftware. But their scrolls can still be found here, especially in the dark corridors. These corridors include staircases heading into the dark and with them a huge number of truly terrifying looking enemies.
Fans of spirit-like games have no doubt registered something new, the use of horses. It will not only serve as a means of transportation, but also be an aspect of combat. Of course, there are also magical swords, scary “monsters” and fire places. We can also note some specific enemies, such as dragons. Some shots also allow us to look at the interiors, which are strikingly reminiscent of Gothic castles.
Elden Ring is an Action RPG from FromSoftware, published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. In addition to being a soul-like relationship, knowledge is a defining characteristic of this game. He’s in charge of the game’s director, Hidetaka Miyazaki, but he’s also in charge of the famous writer George R.R. Martin. Aside from the release date, we don’t have any more information about the game yet. However, it must be said that Bandai Namco will be holding its conference at E3 next week, on Tuesday, March 15th. So it is possible that we can get more information here.
The release date is currently set for January 21, 2022 for PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
