The privileges of vaccination and therapists also apply to Czechs who come to Germany. However, it is still true that as of May 12, the Czech Republic is still practically a risky country for Germany, even though it has already been formally listed as a low-risk country. There is a transition period until May 12, during which the travel restrictions will be lifted from their date.
Not only will the Czechs have to come into mandatory quarantine upon arrival, but it is also expected that they will not have to present a negative test result if they prove that they have been fully vaccinated or have undergone the virus in the last 180 days. However, wearing a respirator and observing hygiene procedures will still be mandatory.
Germany only recognizes vaccines approved in the European Union. In the Czech Republic, they are not vaccinated with other vaccines, but foreigners who have been vaccinated, for example, with Sputnik V or one of the Chinese vaccines will not be so lucky. The certificate of vaccination must be presented in German, English, French, Spanish or Italian.
Other people will have to prove a negative test result on arrival. For passengers, this obligation will be applied once a week, and they do not have to be quarantined. For business trips, the quarantine commitment is required to be waived if the stay is up to 5 days. A negative test and travel registration is also required.
