WFFL report published by Spanish newspaper Marca Vinicius’ conversations after the goal and during the decision to cancel, and the report indicated that the cameras caught Vinicius indicating to the referee that the ball hit his chest, not his hand.
The report stated that Vinicius told Toni Kroos during the decision: “He’s crazy, he’s crazy!” The cameras also captured a conversation with the Seville players, in which he confirmed that the ball did not touch his hand, and the Brazilian star spoke with his coach Ancelotti, pointing at his chest, confirming again that the ball did not touch his hand.
