Rodrygo leads Real Madrid to win the King’s Cup

Real Madrid settled the issue of winning the Spanish Cup after defeating Osasuna 2-1 on Saturday in the match that was held in Seville, taking advantage of the brilliance of its Brazilian star Rodrigo.

Real Madrid took the advantage early after a breakthrough from the Brazilian Vinicius, who sent a distinguished pass to his compatriot Rodrigo, who deposited it in the net with the second minute.

The match proceeded in a balanced manner, with Real Madrid’s advantage until the twenty-sixth minute, when Moroccan Abdel Samad Al-Zalzouli singled out the Belgian Courtois and sent the ball to the goal, to be pushed away by Carvajal in the last gasp.

The Austrian Alaba responded with a powerful shot from a direct free kick that hit the crossbar (32), so the first half ended with Real Madrid advancing.

Real Madrid wasted several opportunities for reinforcement at the start of the second, to be punished by Lucas Toro, who equalized with a powerful shot from outside the penalty area (58).

And Rodrygo returned to impose himself as a star in the match by scoring the second goal for Real Madrid after following up on a ball that bounced off the defense (70).

Osasuna rushed to adjust, but did not pose any danger to Real Madrid’s goal, which wasted several opportunities through counter-attacks, so that the match ended with Real Madrid winning the title.

Real Madrid continued its advantage over Osasuna by not losing to it for the 19th consecutive match in all competitions.

Real Madrid succeeded in winning the cup title for the twentieth time in its history, while Osasuna’s suffering continued with the championship, losing the final for the second time in his career.
