The first person in the Czech Republic died of a corona virus infection on March 22 last year. It has been more than 12 months since then, when 27,918 people lost their fights. According to figures from our World in Data website, as of April 11, the Czech Republic had the highest number of covid patients in the world per one million people.
“These are the harshest figures in the world behind the most unnecessary deaths. Each was close to one another. The only reason is that Bobby has failed miserably in all the governments of the world, so we will release her if we do not want to,” said former MP Miroslav Kalosek (TOP 09).
Rankings of countries with the highest number of deaths related to Govt per million people
In total, the United States has the highest number of victims, with more than 575,000 affected. However, they have 1,698 deaths per million people (which ranks 13th with the highest mortality rate), compared to 2,597 in the Czech Republic.
With the exception of San Marino, which is second only to the Czech Republic and Belgium, Eastern and Southeastern Europe is the only country in the top ten with the highest mortality rate per million people. There you will find Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, northern Macedonia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Slovenia.
At the same time, they are all relatively small populations. The largest of these is Belgium with a population of 11.6 million. In contrast, the country with the highest number of victims in absolute numbers is one of the most populous countries. For example, Brazil, with a population of 200 million, ranks second next to the United States with 353,000 deaths, but 15th in terms of deaths per million people.
