Today (Thursday) the FIFA Club World Cup competitions, hosted by the capital Abu Dhabi, will start until February 12, with the participation of the continental champions, in addition to Al Jazira, the UAE champion.
The 18th edition of the tournament will witness the participation of three Arab clubs for the second time after 2019, namely, Al Jazira (the UAE champion), Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia (the Asian champion) and Al Ahly of Egypt (the African champion).
The Arab clubs will be joined by the continental champions: Mexican Club Monterrey (representing North America, Central America and the Caribbean), English club Chelsea (representing the European Union), and Brazilian Club Palmeiras (representing the South American Federation), in addition to the representative of Oceania Club, Tahiti AS Perai. Match No. (1) at 8:30 pm Al Jazeera plays with AS Perai from Haiti at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium
Saturday 5 February
Match No. (2At 5:30 pm, Al-Ahly of Egypt will meet with Monterrey of Mexico at Al Nahyan Stadium.
Sunday February 6
Match No. (3At 8:30, Al Hilal Saudi Arabia will play a match (1) with the winner at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium.
Tuesday February 8
Match No. (4) At 8:30 pm, Palmeiras will meet with the winner of match (2) at Al Nahyan Stadium (semi final)
Wednesday 9 February
Match No. (5) at 5:30 .. the loser from (2) with the loser from (3) (determining fifth place) at Al Nahyan Stadium
Match No. (6) at 8:30 .. the winner of (3) with Chelsea at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium (semi final)
Saturday 12 February
At 5 pm .. the two losers of the semi-finals at Al Nahyan Stadium
