Passion and innovative spirit prevailed on the third day of the World Conference on Giftedness and Creativity, which is organized by the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba). The fifth ideas session began with creative brainstorming, which formed the identity of the platform and the general shape of the conference. During this session, the participants presented twenty different creative ideas. And the most inspiring idea was chosen to win honors by the Secretary General of Mawhiba, Dr. Amal Al-Hazaa.
3 main axes
After that, the second keynote speech of the astronaut and first orthopedic surgeon on board NASA vehicles, Dr. Robert Satcher, began, where Satcher divided his speech into three main axes centered on the importance of training for his space flight that he carried out within the US Space Agency team, a journey that was based on the principle Collective intelligence. Then Sacher stopped at outer space and our need to discover it, as an experience different from our life on planet Earth, then he emphasized the continuation of outer space exploration, as it is the most important thing that the human race has done.

In his speech, Satcher explained that science has advanced and that humans are in the process of setting up routine trips through which anyone can travel to space, stressing that we must travel to Mars to discover living organisms in it, and not wait for them to come to us, pointing out that sending a spacecraft to space Not as expensive as some people think.
Sacher called on the youth of the conference to continue creativity and that they should take us to space on their journey towards the new future.
Driving innovation through the global talent platform
Then the second scientific session began in the conference, in which the Executive Director of (Under 40 CEOs) in Africa participated, in addition to the President of NEOM University, Dr. Andreas Kanglaris, and the President of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Professor Tony Chan, who also attended the session – remotely – UNICEF Representative in the Gulf, Mr. Tayeb Adam. The session was moderated by Mr. Famyolosi Babajidi.
During the session, the speakers addressed the topic of innovation leadership through the Global Talents Platform, where they discussed in their dialogues the importance of innovation as one of the elements of change and sustainable development, and gave advice and guidance to the participants on how to make innovation the permanent model for working in future solutions and its scientific and practical ideas.
It is noteworthy that the conference was inaugurated under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may God protect him. The inauguration was attended by a large official presence and wide media coverage.
