His Excellency Lieutenant-General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, met with Hamad Obaid Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center, in the presence of Yousef Hamad Al Shaibani, Director General of the Center, Major General Dr. Ahmed Eid Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs, and a number of officials from Both sides.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides, and discussed some matters and topics of common interest.
His Excellency Lieutenant-General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri stressed the keenness of the Dubai Police General Command to extend all bridges of communication and cooperation with all government and private institutions and institutions, which serves the country and the public interest, praising the efforts of the work team at the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center, and the support provided by the center to all parties government and vital sectors in the Emirates.
For his part, Hamad Obaid Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center, praised the efforts made by the Dubai Police to enhance and maintain security in the emirate, and the Commander-in-Chief’s keenness to strengthen relations of cooperation and strategic partnership between all government institutions. After the meeting, His Excellency and the accompanying delegation toured the corridors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center, reviewed the center’s operations room, and learned about the center’s projects and initiatives and smart systems, then moved to the satellite manufacturing laboratories and special programs in them.
His Excellency Lieutenant-General Al Marri also met during the tour, Nora Al Matrooshi and Mohammed Al Mulla of Dubai Police, the new pioneers of the second batch of the UAE Astronaut Program.
