Kurdish TV station AVA Entertainment HD has stopped broadcasting via the Eutelsat Hot Bird 13C (13°E) satellite. The free broadcast was broadcast on TP 9, at 11.373 GHz, position H. The station disappeared from the 13°E location 13 months after distribution began on May 8, 2020.
AVA Entertainment HD It was the only entertainment channel from Kurdistan that broadcasts to all of Europe from the Hot Bird satellite. The public Kurdsat program and the channels Kurdistan 24 HD and Rudaw HD remain available to viewers.
The closed station brought entertainment such as talent competitions, documentaries, soap operas, films and children’s shows. The aim of the program was to bridge the gap in newly presented entertainment and to move away completely from news and political programming. AVA Entertainment HD is broadcasting from Erbil, northern Iraq.
At the moment, AVA Entertainment HD broadcasts are still broadcast from the Eutelsat 10A (10°E) satellite as SCPC channel at 11.638 GHz, position V, SR 3650, FEC 2/3, DVB-S2/8PSK. This distribution is encrypted by the BISS system for change. Alternatively, you can watch the channel for free through the avaentertainment.net website.
