This decision marks the beginning of the disintegration of the 5 + 5 Joint Military Committee, which led the country to a ceasefire, and succeeded in achieving several consensuses between the two parties to the armed conflict during the past two years, most notably the opening of the coastal road between East and West and the return of flights, in addition to the exchange of detainees and prisoners, in addition to It has made significant progress in the file of removing foreign mercenaries from Libyan territory.
This step would also lead to the collapse of the military track in Libya, returning to the square of chaos and strengthening the division in the country.
