Ain Shams University, led by Dr. Mahmoud El-Mattini, will celebrate the first batch of students of the Faculty of Engineering, who have a double degree from the Special Division, at the Al-Jafaran Palace tomorrow, Sunday at 9:30 am. International Programs, which has 11 projects in collaboration with the University of East London.
The event will be attended by Dr. Abdel Bhatta Saad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Dr. Hisham Tamras, Vice President for Social Service and Environmental Development. Dr. Al Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Dr. Mostaba Rafat, Deputy Dean of Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Mahmoud Khalil, Project Director of the College.
It is noteworthy that the agreement signed between Ain Shams and the University of East London provides for the provision of prestigious intermediate programs for undergraduate students from the University of East London in all disciplines, and the College of Engineering is committed to providing approved academic programs with a contract to ensure the quality of the educational process and the complementary services provided to the educational process provided.
It is committed to facilitating the procedures for enrolling students in the research programs offered by the University to ensure the protection of students’ data and to conduct examination assessments for each program. Students who have successfully completed each research program will receive a Bachelor of Science degree and a certificate from the University of English.
The University of East London is one of the largest universities in London, founded over 120 years ago and covers many faculties, including architecture, computers, engineering, the arts and digital industries, business administration and law, and the social sciences. Psychology, health, sports and biological sciences.
Architecture is one of the distinctive specialties of the University because the University is ranked eleventh in the Guardian’s rank of Architecture in the UK and second in London, and the University is considered one of the highest-ranking universities in the UK.
It is noteworthy that a team from the University of East London visited the Faculty of Engineering at Ein Shams University several months ago, and during this visit the College, classrooms and halls, computer laboratories for three departments, central laboratories and workshops, the college’s central library and quality assurance division.
Therefore, the Accreditation Committee praised the educational services and their quality. It was approved and accordingly the agreement was signed in 2018 under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Khalid Abdel Kafar, where the Ministry of Higher Education conducted the protocol signing ceremony.
