Now, close your WhatsApp chats
As the name suggests, this feature allows you to lock WhatsApp chats in a secure and private folder. This way you can hide and lock some chats with your fingerprint or password. WhatsApp also does not show the contents of messages in notifications. WhatsApp has started rolling out locked chats to all users globally and will be available soon.
Announcing the launch of Realme 11 Pro India
After launching the Realme 11 series in China, the company is bringing it to India. Here, the Realme 11 Pro + and Realme 11 Pro launch will take place in June. The launch date has not been revealed but it is expected to happen soon as Realme has already confirmed the Flipkart availability of the smartphone. Realme 11 Pro+ is the higher-end model in the series and it comes with a 200MP primary camera. There is no mention of Realme 11 so only the Pro variants are expected to be launched here.
Google Pixel 8 Pro video leaked, thermometer spotted
We finally got a proper look at the Pixel 8 Pro’s design but the result wasn’t all that satisfactory. The Pixel 8 Pro carries the same design as last year’s Pixel 7 Pro, with minor differences. One of them is the triple rear cameras that are now grouped together in a pill-shaped unit. What we also learned is that the Pixel 8 Pro will double as a thermometer to measure your body temperature. This is possible through a dedicated infrared heat sensor on the Pixel 8 Pro’s back panel.
BGMI returns to India
BGMI fans can finally rejoice as the game has finally been confirmed to be back in India. Krafton released an official statement saying that BGMI will be available for download in India soon. There is also a teaser image from BGMI’s Instagram page that says it will be launched soon. BGMI was banned last year for security reasons but has finally received approval to come back. However, this will be a temporary lifting of the ban for a period of three months during which Crafton will have to ensure there are no issues with BGMI.
Nothing confirmed by the chipset of the phone (2) by Carl Pei
Nothing dropped bombs as soon as expected. After confirming that Nothing Phone (2) will launch this summer, CEO Carl Pei revealed another key detail. Pei took to Twitter to announce that the Phone (2) will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC which is in line with previous leaks and rumors. Pei also dropped some hints about pricing by saying that Nothing Phone (2) “remains available while offering a significantly improved experience compared to Phone (1).”
Realme’s new brand ambassador is SRK
According to an exclusive image we got, Realme could have roped in Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan to become its new brand ambassador. The image shows what looks like the first advertisement shot for Realme and we can see two chairs behind which are the names of SRK and Realme. There is no official announcement yet but it seems very likely given the image.
