Yas Island in Abu Dhabi is preparing to host the 22nd edition of the IIFA International Indian Film Academy Awards, in the presence of the most prominent Bollywood stars, international personalities and silver screen celebrities on May 20 and 21, 2022.
Presented by international superstar Salman Khan, after a two-year hiatus, the concert will be held at Etihad Arena, the island’s most prominent modern indoor entertainment destination. The event celebrates Indian culture through a series of unique performances, and witnesses the distinguished appearance of well-known stars and influential personalities from Indian cinema. The destination is looking to light up its attractions in yellow.

With its fantastic destinations, unique events and dining experiences, Yas Island has welcomed international stars, including boxer and sports star Amir Khan, actor and comedian Will Smith and other notable celebrities. The island hosted exceptional performances by a group of artists, including Craig David, Enrique Iglesias, Rihanna, Pete Paul, Usher, actor Ranveer Singh, model Bella Hadid and Kevin Hart.
