a company Zunki It ceases to offer the possibility of manual investment to its clients from among the ranks of investors and will leave only the service of Zonky Rentiér. It is easier to use, as the client just chooses the amount invested and how long he wants to invest. The company will make manual investing unavailable for new users on August 31, 2021, and from November 1, even existing customers will not be able to invest manually. Zonka will have already started manual investing under the original conditions.
“The amount of new deposits in Rentiér has tripled in recent months compared to manual investments. Renting is generally easier for customers and does not require much time compared to a manual investment. All you have to do is choose the amount of the deposit and Zonky Rentiér will take care of the rest. However, from an efficiency point of view, it no longer makes sense to keep two services side by side that perform a similar function. That is why we have decided to gradually reduce manual investment support and focus our capabilities only on further improving Zonka Rentira and also pay more attention to loans,” said Zonka CEO Jiří Humhal.
Zonky focuses on peer-to-peer loans. People can borrow from other users from 20 thousand to 900,000 kroner with a maturity of 1 to 10 years. Investors can then invest 10,000 to 10 million for a period of 1 to 20 years. This year, the company exceeded the 100,000 loan advance limit.
